Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use everything for 60 days. You only pay if you decide to stay.
What happens when the 60 days are over?
If you don’t pick a plan, your account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not add new transactions. Nothing is deleted. Once you subscribe, you pick up right where you left off.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move to Family when you want to invite someone, or back to Individual if it’s just you. Billing is prorated.
How do I cancel?
From Subscription, inside your account, in one click. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does it connect to my bank?
No, and that’s on purpose: we never ask for your bank login. Log transactions in seconds or import the CSV you download from your bank.
Can I use dollars and soles at the same time?
Yes. Each account has its own currency, and totals are shown per currency, never converted with made-up rates.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you invite to your space, and they only see what you share. We don’t sell data or show ads.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a charge didn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days. The details are in our refund policy.
Why does the charge say Paddle?
Paddle is our authorized reseller: it processes the payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes for each country. That’s why the charge on your statement shows their name.
