The trial costs nothing

The 60-day trial is free and doesn’t ask for a card, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.

Refunding a charge

If a charge didn’t work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the charge date, no questions asked.

After that you can cancel so there are no further charges, but the period already paid for isn’t refunded, unless the law of your country says otherwise.

How to ask

Write to [pending] from your account email, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle processes the refund and returns it to the same payment method.

How long it takes

Once approved, the money usually shows up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Plan changes

If you switch plans, the charge is adjusted in proportion to the time left in the period. That is proration, not a refund.
