Who provides the service

Finanzas is a service provided by [pending] (“we”). You can reach us at [pending].

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

Your account and your space

You need a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account: if you think someone else got in, change your password —that signs out your other sessions— and let us know.

Your data lives in a space. If you invite other people, they see what is shared in that space, and each person keeps their own private accounts and categories. The owner of the space manages the subscription and the people in it.

Free trial

Every new space gets 60 days free with every feature, no credit card required.

When the trial ends, if you haven’t picked a plan, the space becomes read-only: you can see and export your data, but you can’t add new transactions. Nothing is deleted because a trial ended.

Plans, prices and payments

There is an Individual plan, for one person, and a Family plan, for up to six people in the same space, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown on the home page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle charges you, issues the receipt and applies the taxes that apply in your country. By paying you also accept Paddle’s buyer terms.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, the space becomes read-only.

Refunds follow our refund policy: you can ask for a refund of a charge within 14 days.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for illegal activity, to try to access other people’s data, or to harm or overload the platform.

We may suspend a space that breaks these terms. If we do, you will still be able to export your data.

Your data and what the service is

The data you enter is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy, and you can export it or delete your account whenever you like.

Finanzas is a personal tracking and planning tool. It is not financial, accounting or tax advice, and its calculations —budgets, forecasts and loan simulations— are estimates based on what you enter.

Availability and liability

We do what is reasonable to keep the service running and your data protected, but we can’t guarantee it will never fail.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and governing law

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will tell you inside the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of [pending], without prejudice to the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.
